Online orders must be placed no later than 10AM on the day of during the days we are open (Thurs - Sat).
Orders can be picked up directly at the window of the BBQ Trailer from 11AM - 2:30PM (no need to wait in line!)

Meats can be added by the 1/3 lbs.
Sides
Sides may vary weekly based on product availability. Macaroni Salad OR Potato Salad is available each week (we make one or the other, and switch back and forth between the two each weekend). Enjoy 1 free soda or water with sides added to meats by the pound.
